  • Pay close attention to client interactions to identify opportunities for promoting financial wellness and provide tailored suggestions to help clients improve their overall financial health.

  • Initiating personal and business banking partnerships, incorporating consumer checking services, small business financial solutions, diverse deposit offerings, home equity loans, unsecured credit options, and certificate of deposit investments.
  • Nurturing strong partnerships with branch teammates and business counterparts to drive client acquisition and strengthen connections with current clients, adeptly managing centers of influence both internally and externally.
  • Following operational, risk, security, and audit protocols and policies, including proper documentation of client interactions.
  • Providing assistance to branch operations includes helping with client transactions on the Teller line.
  • Be part of and at times facilitate morning catch-ups and evening retrospectives.
  • Expected to carry out any other duties as delegated; roles, tasks, or responsibilities may be adjusted, or new ones may be allocated without prior warning.
  • Manifests adherence to all KeyBank policies and procedures by consistently acting professionally, conducting business ethically, preventing conflicts of interest, and prioritizing the interests of Key and its clients.

Education Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or comparable work background is necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-month experience in developing current and future customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and establishing referral networks is a key criterion.
