The Financial Services Representative is tasked with managing customer transactions and addressing service inquiries within the branch environment. This role involves educating customers on the bank's capabilities, tools, and resources, as well as supporting the sales activities of the branch team by identifying and referring potential sales prospects to the correct bank collaborator.

The core functions of the position encompass, but are not solely restricted to, the following duties:

• Engaging in dialogues with customers to better understand their banking needs and preferences
• Swift and precise handling of transactions
• Giving assistance with account servicing and management needs
• Assisting customers in gaining a better grasp of bank services, particularly those related to digital banking options
• Arranging interactions between clients and other branch team members or financial specialists equipped to support their financial goals

Qualifications:

• Acquiring a high school diploma or GED certification demonstrates the successful completion of secondary education
• 6 months of experience in customer service and cash operations
• Prior sales involvement or experience in the banking sector
• Mastery in financial knowledge; familiarity with retail banking products and services
