The duties of a Corporate Banker include conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential loan recipients. The core responsibility revolves around enriching and sustaining profitable customer relationships by providing financial solutions that add value. Proficiency in relationship management, product comprehension, credit proficiency, and the capability to autonomously oversee client portfolios are crucial in this role. Performance evaluation criteria encompass progress in business development, revenue expansion, risk handling effectiveness, and the enduring success of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster the growth of commercial business by actively seeking out new prospects, obtaining referrals from satisfied clients, and increasing revenue through cross-selling initiatives.
• Foster and manage Centers of Influence (COIs) as well as be present at networking gatherings.
• Formulate loan frameworks and perform comprehensive assessments of creditworthiness.
• Develop lending options specifically for commercial and real estate endeavors.
• Undertake the management and closure of loans typically valued between $1 million and $10 million.
• Encourage the expansion of deposit portfolios by highlighting supplementary banking options.
• Comply with additional assignments as instructed.

Responsibilities:

• This position does not require the individual to have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Those who hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject are preferred for this position.
• Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of practical experience in lending, credit assistance, or relationship management.
• Knowledge: Profound knowledge in the realms of commercial bank offerings, loan application protocols, and credit analysis criteria for business (C&I) and real estate transactions.

• Improving performance in expanding loan portfolios and cross-marketing products.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal competencies.

Physical Requirements:

• Proficient in inspecting documents and carrying out administrative functions.
• Work that is predominantly sedentary but includes sporadic lifting of items up to 10 pounds.
