• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Understanding of how banks operate and acquaintance with credit evaluation procedures
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communicative aptitudes
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to multitask, manage a significant workload, and meet crucial deadlines
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential
• Ability to establish and cultivate productive working relationships

Required Experience:

• Competent applicants will have illustrated continuous growth in their commercial experience
• Over five years of practical experience in credit analysis and portfolio management
• At least three years of hands-on involvement in middle market commercial lending, with strong credit evaluation skills and a proven record of fostering, retaining, and closing new business engagements
• Proficiency in employing deductive and inductive reasoning to analyze and solve complex problems
• Ability to comprehend unfamiliar information and apply it for future critical thinking and decision-making
