Primary Job Duties:

• Assist patrons in completing everyday banking tasks such as depositing, withdrawing, and transferring money
• Beginning and preserving personal and company financial accounts
• Provide guidance on understanding and selecting from banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Identify customer needs and advise on the right financial solutions
• Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
• Follow internal policies rigorously and comply with all governmental regulations
• Respond to customer concerns quickly and in a professional manner
• Assist in meeting the branch's objectives regarding sales and service achievements
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation
