Job Overview:Retail Bank Teller

At the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, this full-time position requires 40 hours per week. The Retail Bank Teller is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required, with Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer transactions in compliance with bank policies.
• Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and security standards.
• Use digital tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Support branch operational and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6–12 months customer service experience required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance & Additional Duties:

• Must comply with all banking policies, regulations, and training requirements. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Compensation:

• Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation depending on experience, skills, and location.
