Responsibilities:

• Contributes significantly to the achievements of the Operations team in an individual capacity
• Administers the functioning activities and deals with inquiries concerning either a single or multiple Lines of Business within the enterprise
• Maintains adherence to the timelines set within the organization's department or specified in Service Level Agreements with internal or external business associates
• Delivers specialized insights and know-how to undertakings linked to the business segment
• Sustains internal operational and financial checks and balances while aligning with the risk threshold of the business sector
• Carries on with scrutinizing methods to confirm their efficacy and enacts improvements to optimize processes

Required Qualifications:

• Accumulated over five years of hands-on experience in the banking industry, particularly in the realm of lockbox functions
• Proficiency in utilizing internal banking technologies such as KATS, VICOR, and RIDS
• Familiarity with Windows 10, Outlook, and Excel is necessary for smooth daily operations
• Competence in data entry, specifically using the 10-key pad, is a valuable asset in various industries
• Strong analytical skills
• The primary work location listed mandates that the candidate reports onsite, with the potential for remote work arrangements at a later stage.
• Skill in managing tasks effectively amidst team-related pressures
• Proficient in building relationships and conveying messages clearly
• Experienced in engaging with senior executives and internal partners involved in overseeing business operations
• Detail oriented
• Capacity to handle multiple demands and tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
