This role includes creating personalized wealth management schemes involving investment strategies, retirement plans, estate planning, and risk management tactics. Establishing and sustaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions are vital components of the position. Further, upholding compliance with regulatory directives and internal policies, and representing the bank with dignity and honesty, is imperative.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tasked with meeting personal production objectives and delivering excellent customer service across assigned branches or book of business.
• Deliver customized investment and insurance solutions to clients by analyzing their overall financial situation, objectives, time frame for investments, and tolerance for risk.
• Continually provide coaching to branch employees in all locations to improve their skill in identifying customers' immediate and future goals and providing the right solutions.
• Provide consistent training and sales aid to selected branches to ensure a high-quality customer experience for all clients and potential clients.
• Joining forces with all lines of business to cater to clients' diverse needs with effective solutions.
• Executes other tasks as designated.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in investment sales
• Professionals working in finance and insurance must have the appropriate licenses, including Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP
• Interested individuals should have a background of 2-3 years in the investments field
• Enhancing knowledge in advising, motivating, and cultivating the potential of team members collectively
• Consistent history of outperforming expectations and reaching predefined goals and targets
