Job Summary:

Assists the Loan Market Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals, operational excellence, regional growth, and profitability. Maintains a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, interviews, and trains top talent while proactively retaining employees and managing performance. Actively participates in local and state mortgage banking, realtor, and builder trade associations to maintain a thorough understanding of industry knowledge and current issues. Communicates business objectives, goals, and company performance results to staff. Promotes an effective sales environment through coaching, training, and creation of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Proficient in directing and leading a team effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience in business development and managing client interactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, operations, and market trends.
