Job Summary:

A vital aspect of the Treasury Sales Officer's job involves supporting Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education organizations by offering expert insights into their operational needs, financial technology, and working capital. They are instrumental in engaging with clients, spearheading strategic dialogues with C-suite executives and revenue cycle teams, especially within the healthcare and education fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in key discussions with C-level leaders and revenue management teams, specifically in healthcare, to deliver personalized financial recommendations.
  • Offer recommendations to clients on a diverse set of treasury products and services, encompassing transactions, fund inflows, financial stability, payment card options, and online retail operations.
  • Display mastery in healthcare system improvements, industry hurdles, and current patterns, ensuring that clients are knowledgeable and actively involved. Direct and engage in speaking commitments at significant industry associations like HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
  • Take the initiative to arrange and deliver events for clients and potential customers that concentrate on industry trends like Innovation, Fraud Deterrence, Improving Patient Experience, and Integrating Systems. Establish and uphold strong rapport with clients to ensure continuous involvement and elevated levels of contentment.
  • Establish and carry out a comprehensive plan to stimulate the development of current client portfolios while capturing new business opportunities. Lead the advancement of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) through the provision of an extensive array of treasury services to clients. Recognize avenues to enhance client bonds and deliver holistic, personalized solutions to cater to their distinct needs.
  • Establish quick and impactful client involvement by concentrating on excellent service provision and achieving corporate targets. Devise and apply continuous market tactics to nurture thriving client associations and ensure enduring progress.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions, particularly in the healthcare banking or revenue cycle field.
  • Completion of a BA/BS program or similar qualifications gained through practical work exposure.
  • Skilled in sales techniques, bargaining, and offering tailored advice.
  • Impressive communication skills, both verbally and in writing, paired with the talent to engage effectively with clients and internal staff.
  • Remarkable skill in balancing multiple priorities through effective time management, organization, and planning.
  • Cultivating skills in managing relationships and engaging with clients to establish enduring partnerships.
  • Skill in navigating a sprawling, interconnected banking setting and collaborating with numerous stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Treasury instruments and amenities.
  • Skilled in overseeing clients over a broad geographical area, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and maintaining a diverse client base.
