Job Title: Teller

Job Overview:

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center The Teller delivers exceptional customer service, processes transactions, promotes banking products, and supports daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required (no Sundays).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies.
• Identify and refer appropriate bank products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and meet financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and security procedures.
• Utilize digital tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Support operational and administrative branch activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: 6–12 months customer service experience (required).
• 6–12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Compliance and Additional Duties:

Responsible for adhering to all compliance programs, policies, and regulations. Must complete required training and report risks appropriately. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

Based on experience, skills, and location. Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
