The position of Investment Administrater necessitates the readiness, scrutiny, and communication of investment and fund performance statistics for global real estate funds and associated bodies. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with senior staff and external stakeholders to safeguard the accuracy of fund accounting and provide assistance in financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the general ledger responsibilities for different fund entities
Develop supplementary records for fiscal statements, asset groupings, and distribution of capital ownership
Generate reports illustrating the financial position of a business combined with explanatory footnotes
Review the monthly/quarterly performance data of investments and funds in a systematic manner
Assess or develop calls for additional investments, payments, and comparisons of bank statements
Assess the expenses related to management fees, yearly charges, and incentive bonuses
Write memos for clients in relation to their portfolio performance, distribution of funds, and financial statements
Compute the waterfall structure and distribute capital among designated accounts
Join in special ventures upon request
