Customer Experience Banker

Position Summary:

A Banker is a financial professional who supports customers with a wide range of banking services, including account opening, transaction processing, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products. This role is vital in building strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and contributing to the overall performance of the financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with everyday banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Establish and maintain both personal and business financial profiles
Educate customers on banking products including loans, credit cards, and savings options
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Follow internal policies and comply with regulatory requirements
Provide prompt, courteous, and effective resolution to customer issues
Support branch sales and service goals through active assistance and teamwork
Maintain accurate and properly documented records
