Branch Training Coordinator

The selected person will lead training sessions on operations and sales for our Branch and Call Center employees. We are seeking someone with a strong interest in education and growth within the work environment, who can deliver training to staff members effectively, positively, and with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include:

• The facilitation of Retail Learning & Development courses involves instructing participants on navigating Rockland Trust protocols
• Assist in conducting training sessions focused on Rockland Trust's customer service guidelines and approach to sales philosophy
• Get both virtual and physical classrooms ready to welcome new attendees
• Create all necessary training resources essential for every course
• Provide suggestions to the Training Managers on enhancing and refreshing the classroom training content for improved engagement and effectiveness
• Capable of conducting classes in both virtual and physical settings across different sites within the Rockland Trust area
• Assess the abilities and performance excellence of staff members
• Support the Retail Learning & Development Training Team by assisting with various administrative duties and assignments as required

Qualifications include:

• The preferred candidate will have a background in either teaching or applicable experience in the banking sector
• Having self-assurance in presenting captivating speeches to crowds of different sizes and backgrounds
• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Proficiency in communicating effectively with others, both verbally and through the written word, is essential
• Capacity to guide teams through dialogues and interactive exercises while offering expert evaluations
• Being able to inspire others by sustaining enthusiasm and tolerance while maintaining a favorable attitude
• Demonstrating the capability to thrive in a high-speed work setting
• Displays a concentrated, structured, methodical method for achieving tasks and objectives
• Proficient in using computer software like Microsoft Office suite and video conferencing tools commonly utilized in the workplace
• Effective communication abilities for collaborating with both new hires and colleagues within the organization
• Capability to journey to various training sites within the Rockland Trust coverage area
