Qualifications:

  • Earning a high school diploma or GED is crucial for advancing in academic and career pathways.
  • Showing over twelve months of customer service or sales experience (volunteering, educational engagement, or military service may be seen as equivalents).
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Ability to complete teller training is a must.
  • Key qualifications include the proficiency to effectively communicate with customers and educate them about products.
  • Advanced organizational skills; competent in managing multiple responsibilities in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrating concise, coherent, and unambiguous communication skills.
  • Adept at arranging tasks by importance, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously.
  • Illustrating logical reasoning and proficient in tackling problems effectively.
  • Skillful in operating Microsoft Office programs.
  • Notary License preferred.

  • Teller services encompass a range of transactions, such as cashing checks, depositing funds, withdrawing money, and transferring finances.
  • Abides by fraud prevention protocols and operational procedures.
  • To process Customer transactions smoothly, newly hired individuals must complete their teller training.
