Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
• Provide information about banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to internal policies and comply with applicable government regulations
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a professional approach
• Support the branch in achieving sales and customer service objectives
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records and documentation
