The Wealth Consultant collaborates with advisors to address client needs, attract potential clients, and facilitate the team's growth, serving as a pivotal contributor to these critical functions.

The main responsibilities and activities that form the core functions of a particular role or position:

• Contribute to outlining the strategic direction for the Financial Advisor team in order to support revenue escalation.
• Consult with clients and potential clients by evaluating their objectives, aims, and risk threshold to recommend and implement appropriate investment selections and services.
• Offer assistance to clients dealing with trades, information needs, research queries, account problems, and general service requests.
• Offer ongoing relationship monitoring through periodic assessments, advisory dialogues, and client care initiatives.
• Aid in preparing and delivering client-facing presentations and engagement content.
• Assist the Advisor in nurturing and sustaining profitable securities and insurance transactions through the use of networking, internal referrals, and recognized prospects.
• Comply with Truist's professional benchmarks and adhere to the regulatory obligations set by FINRA and other governing entities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related domain, or a comparable level of education and experience, is preferred for this role.
• Prospective candidates must possess a background of four years in a professional setting, with a prerequisite of one year specific to the securities domain.
• Having the FINRA Series 7 and 66 qualifications is compulsory.
• State health and life insurance licenses that are relevant and in alignment with the registrations of endorsed advisors.
• Excelling in organizational skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal communication, and adept relationship management, showcasing proficiency across a wide range of competencies.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications is a necessary ability.
• Interest in obtaining additional industry qualifications in the area of wealth or investment management.
