Banking Relationship Advisor

As a Banking Relationship Advisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and fostering long-lasting financial relationships. Your primary responsibility is to understand customer needs, offer personalized banking solutions, and contribute to achieving branch sales and service goals. We are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented individual who is motivated to help clients navigate their financial journeys and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients in understanding and choosing the right consumer deposit products tailored to their financial needs.
Engage in a structured sales process by proactively following up with new clients, making outbound calls, and utilizing referrals to strengthen customer relationships.
Direct clients to other banking services and departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to meeting their financial needs.
Ensure strict adherence to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Apply strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships while recommending appropriate financial products and services.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall operation of the branch.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience in an administrative, financial, or sales environment, or military service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Over one year of experience in customer service, preferably in banking, financial services, or sales-driven environments.
Experience handling cash transactions.
Comfortable using technology, including mobile banking apps and online services, to serve clients effectively.
