This role entails delivering consultative, sales, and technical support to Wealth Management Advisor, engaging in strategic planning, managing client relationships, and implementing the team's value proposition effectively.

Primary Job Duties:

• Assist in establishing the strategy for the Financial Advisor team to facilitate revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to clients and prospects through the evaluation of their goals, objectives, and tolerance for risk to suggest and establish suitable investment products and services.
• Support customers in managing trades, fulfilling information requests, conducting research, resolving account issues, and addressing general service inquiries.
• Maintain consistent relationship management by conducting regular reviews, advisory talks, and customer service activities.
• Support in crafting and presenting client engagement materials and presentations.
• Aid the Advisor in the development and sustainability of profitable securities and insurance sales by utilizing networking, internal recommendations, and identified opportunities.
• Follow Truist's professional protocols and adhere to the regulatory requirements outlined by FINRA and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a relevant area, or demonstrate an equivalent educational background and practical skillset.
• The job mandates at least four years of professional experience, including a minimum of one year within the securities industry.
• The FINRA Series 7 and 66 designations must be obtained.
• Current state health and life insurance licenses that are suitable and compliant with the registrations of supported advisors.
• Skilled in organization, analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal relations, and managing relationships, proficiently navigating various aspects of professional interactions and responsibilities.
• Skillfulness in utilizing Microsoft Office software is a key competency.
• Inclination towards gaining more industry credentials specific to wealth or investment management.
