Job Description:

The Treasury Officer is responsible for engaging complex Not-For-Profit Healthcare, Private Higher Education offering expert advice on their working capital, financial technology, and operational needs. The TSO will serve as a key advisor to clients, driving strategic conversations with C-suite executives and revenue cycle teams, particularly within the healthcare and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic discussions with executives and Revenue Cycle teams in the healthcare sector, focusing on delivering customized financial solutions.
• Provide expertise to clients on a wide range of treasury solutions, covering payment processes, income consolidation, liquidity administration, card services, and digital commerce platforms.
• Highlight expertise in healthcare reform, industry challenges, and emerging trends, ensuring clients are informed and actively participating. Lead and contribute to speaking engagements at major industry organizations, including HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
• Initiate and execute customer and prospect occasions centered on industry patterns such as Innovation, Prevention of Fraud, Enhancing Patient Pleasure, and System Integration. Establish and uphold strong relationships with customers, guaranteeing consistent involvement and optimum satisfaction levels.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to foster growth in existing client portfolios and acquire new business. Drive the expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR), providing clients with a comprehensive suite of treasury products. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide holistic solutions tailored to their needs.
• Create immediate and effective client involvement that centers on delivering exceptional service and meeting business objectives. Establish and execute continual market strategies to uphold prosperous client relationships and facilitate enduring growth.

Qualifications:

• An ideal candidate will have a background of six or more years in treasury sales and card solutions, with a preference for experience in healthcare banking or revenue cycle sectors.
• Fulfilling the criteria of having a BA/BS Degree or relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in crafting and delivering tailored solutions through effective sales, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Adept at communication in both verbal and written forms, with strong presentation skills that foster productive engagement with clients and internal teams.
• Outstanding time management, organizational, and planning skills to proficiently handle a multitude of priorities.
• Improving capabilities in managing relationships and engaging with clients to forge enduring partnerships.
• Proficient in traversing a complex, multi-layered banking environment and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• In-depth familiarity with Treasury options and facilities.
• Proficient in balancing and prioritizing client relationships across different locations to maintain a diverse and manageable client portfolio.
