Job Description:

The Teller Representative provides efficient branch banking support by handling routine customer transactions, assisting with account requests, and delivering professional service. This position is responsible for accurate cash management, transaction processing, customer assistance, relationship development, and identifying opportunities to connect customers with relevant banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine banking transactions through branch lobby and drive-through teller locations.
• Deliver courteous and responsive service while building positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Process customer deposits, loan payments, checks, savings withdrawals, night deposits, and deposits received through mail.
• Issue cashier's checks and process eligible savings bond redemption requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide account assistance through in-person and telephone interactions.
• Complete applicable financial transactions and prepare required currency transaction documentation.
• Evaluate customer needs, explain relevant banking products, and make appropriate referrals to branch personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, referrals, activities, and other relevant information using 360View and designated systems.
• Assist customers with consumer credit card applications and related banking requests.
• Support specialized customer services, including account closures, check orders, foreign currency exchanges, duplicate statements, referrals, and safe-deposit box requests.
• Count and verify cash, reconcile teller drawers, review transaction records, and promptly address discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with established banking procedures, security requirements, operational controls, and dual-control standards.
• Protect customer privacy and ensure confidential financial and personal information is handled appropriately.
• Attend training sessions to strengthen knowledge of banking operations, products, services, and customer service practices.
• Work collaboratively with branch employees to improve customer satisfaction and support overall branch performance.
• Maintain working knowledge of financial products and effectively operate customer service and banking platforms.
• Complete assigned transactions and responsibilities accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Participate in community outreach, volunteer programs, and other approved branch activities.
• Perform additional duties and assignments based on business requirements.

Education and Experience:
