Job Description:

Financial Planner operate within bank settings, serving clients from different branches and managing an allocated client base. They implement customized financial advice and strategic planning to support clients in achieving their financial aspirations such as saving, investing, and planning for retirement. Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with individuals to explore investment and insurance approaches, crafting custom financial schemes.
• Expands and oversees an investment and insurance clientele.
• Improves customer interaction by efficiently overseeing sales processes and service interactions, recognizing potential avenues for development, and directing customers to appropriate internal connections as relevant.
• Establishes, broadens, and sustains customer partnerships through proactive business expansion and networking initiatives.
• Improves customer allegiance and share of spending by providing a superior customer experience.
• Applies knowledge of products and procedures to effectively resolve client issues in a prompt and fitting way.
• Formulates and puts into action investment and insurance plans, choosing relevant products to back the goals of the client.
• Provides tailored financial advice and recommendations that are in line with the unique goals and objectives of clients.
• Monitors monetary arrangements and offers suggestions for modifications where appropriate.
• Instructs and enlightens branch personnel and internal partners on how to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Enhances investment learning and exposure for employees working in branches.
• Assists branch managers and investment sales associates in driving branch initiatives to accomplish investment goals.
• Establishes and upholds effective communication strategies with both internal and external associates to enhance referral initiatives.
• Regularly examines business results and pipeline monitoring with branch managers and partners.
• Meets the performance standards for handling lead and referral inquiries in a timely manner.
• Adheres to the legal requirements, standards, and directives in place.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Typically, a Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.
• 24 months of relevant professional practice.
• In place of a formal degree, a variety of education, specialized certifications, and relevant experience (including military service) might be taken into consideration.
• Skilled in prospecting for clients, cultivating relationships, evaluating credit risks, analyzing financial information, developing financial models, presenting to the public, and executing sales strategies.
• Competency in coaching, effective communication, and overseeing customer experiences.
