Position Overview:Floating Capital Coordinator

As a Floating Capital Coordinator at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Manages various customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Counsels customers on the alternative methods they can use for their financial dealings.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Encourages customers to partake in lobby activities and engaging conversations.
• Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Provides customers with knowledge about digital banking instruments, technological alternatives, and self-service options to handle financial transactions.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Confirms that teller and branch operations are performed accurately, adhering closely to the policies and procedures set forth by PNC.

Qualifications:
