This role involves being the first contact for clients at financial centers, helping identify the personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering suitable solutions, and referring clients to specialists. Major tasks include building stronger client relationships through platform services, assisting clients with self-service tasks or transactions, and ensuring exceptional client care. The position requires proactively engaging with clients through outbound calls and maintaining regular follow-up routines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teams to present financial center customers with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies for understanding their personal banking needs and aiding them in managing their individual life priorities
  • Assisting, training, and instructing clients on how to carry out simple transactions via self-service technologies
  • Optimizes client experiences and achieves operational excellence by effectively employing available resources, technologies, and procedures
  • Adhering to recognized procedures, regulations, and protocols in conducting daily tasks, such as account opening, account upkeep, and engagement with Digital Assisted Shopping
  • Manages interactions with clients by identifying the optimal strategies for the bank and its customers, while complying with all regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience within a client-focused and relationship-driven setting. Alternatively, must have previously fulfilled the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a duration of at least six months.
  • Possesses a strong drive, self-initiative, and a conscientious work approach geared towards achieving objectives and serving the client's best interests.
  • Works together successfully to accomplish objectives, developing and nourishing strong ties.
  • Expresses a fervent dedication and determination to improve our clients' financial lives through exceptional service delivery.
  • Shows confidence in recognizing strategies to assist new and existing clients based on their unique needs.
  • Displays a talent for effectively getting messages across through writing and speech.
  • Skilled in confidently communicating and interacting with clients, regardless of the communication mode being in person or via phone.
  • Displays the aptitude to understand and assimilate new information, technological interfaces, handle ambiguity, and adjust to fluid circumstances.
  • Applies adept critical thinking and problems resolving skills to fulfill clients' requirements.
  • Shows skill in managing time effectively and organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Having a notary commission or being able to acquire one within a few months of commencing the job in the state where you are employed is a requisite for the role, with the exact timing influenced by the unique laws of the state.
  • Open to flexibility in scheduling to include weekends and/or extended hours when necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Attainment of a degree in business, finance, or a related subject, whether at the Associate's or Bachelor's level.
  • Demonstrated success in a financial institution by consistently surpassing performance targets.
  • Hands-on involvement in a wage plus commission setup within the retail or sales sector.
  • Professional history of working in a setting where both individual and team goals were regularly achieved.
  • Proficient in manipulating financial data, spreadsheets, and financial capabilities.
  • Grasp of the different banking products and services that customers can access.
  • Proficiently skilled in Microsoft programs and experienced with the use of laptop technology
