The Client Support Banker is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The position facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

The accomplished candidate will present:

• Utilizes professionalism and empathy to create positive customer experiences
• Client Relationship Skills: Proficiency in aiding the team by making client servicing calls, identifying client needs or opportunities by meeting those needs or guiding the client to the appropriate branch team members or specialists

• Teamwork is centered around developing healthy working relationships within the team and fostering collaborative partnerships across multiple functions
• The attribute of flexibility involves the aptitude to handle various demands and pivot priorities to ensure tasks are completed proficiently

Key job duties include, but are not solely confined to, the responsibilities outlined:

• Holding conversations with customers to explore their banking needs and preferences thoroughly
• Timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Aid provided for managing and servicing accounts efficiently
• Offering support in educating customers about the different bank services, specifically highlighting the convenience of digital banking features
• Providing clients with access to other branch team members or financial associates who can offer tailored solutions to their financial inquiries

Essential Skills:

• Attaining a high school diploma or GED degree signifies educational accomplishment and readiness for higher learning
• Familiarity with customer service and cash handling tasks over a 6-month period
• Sales-related experience or previous roles in banking
• Skillfulness in financial understanding; familiarity with the suite of retail banking offerings
