In your capacity as a Senior Relationship Banker, you will be key in:

• Sustaining and enhancing win-win partnerships with our customers over the long term.
• Reviewing customers' financial details diligently to suggest, display, and promote extra products and services personalized to their needs.
• Making the most of the bank's advanced technology solutions to meet the evolving demands of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Attain the quarterly and annual sales objectives for the team/branch, covering a range of financial products like CI, CRE, SBA loans, mortgages, treasury management, deposits, wealth management investments, international deposits, wires, and other commercial and consumer offerings.
• Set up and organize a mix of loan products, including HELOCs, Residential Property Loans, and Commercial Property Loans.
• Meet annual renewal requirements and regulatory expectations for MLO, have a comprehensive understanding of interest rates, financing, and computations to enhance support for potential mortgage applicants.
• Keep abreast of the bank's loan products and the qualifications that applicants must meet.
• Provide customers with assistance in various financial transactions including withdrawing cash, depositing funds, transferring money, making loan or credit card payments, wire transfers, and converting currencies.
• Demonstrates a committed work ethic and a proactive attitude, consistently prioritizing the well-being of clients.
• Demonstrates adept critical thinking and strategic problem-solving aptitudes in meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide customers with the best product offerings.
• Projects confidence and clarity in interactions with clients.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to aid them in reaching sales and service targets for the branch.
• Knowledgeable in employing digital resources and technologies to enrich clients' digital banking interactions.
• Resolute commitment and expertise in influencing, enlightening, and linking customers to technology.
• Conduct any other duties as specified.

Qualifications include:

• - Minimum education prerequisites are a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree being the preferred qualification.
• Possessing a background of more than two years in customer service, teller operations, sales roles, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) in the banking and financial service industry.
• The Series 6 and 63 licenses grant individuals the ability to partake in investment activities as well as sell life insurance policies.
• Demonstrates prowess in financial acumen and skilled in communicating effectively.
• Competency in sales and service capabilities, with a keen emphasis on prospecting for potential clients and fostering professional relationships.
• Comfortable with branch technology and proficient in engaging with mobile and online banking services.
• Able to harness problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service expertise.
• Skilled at promptly familiarizing oneself with new processes and technologies.
• Skill in following standard operational policies and procedures diligently.
