Responsibilities:

• Establishing personal and commercial banking relationships, comprising consumer checking accounts, small business banking accounts, different deposit products, home equity financing solutions, unsecured lending options, and certificate investment plans.
• Cultivating robust collaborations with branch teammates and line of business partners to focus on acquiring clients and strengthening relationships with current clients, while effectively managing influential networks both internally and externally.
• Compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit guidelines, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of client interactions.
• Assisting with client transactions on the Teller line is essential for the smooth functioning of branch operations.
• Participate in and occasionally take the lead in morning sync-ups and end-of-day reviews.
• Expected to carry out any other duties as delegated; roles, tasks, or responsibilities may be adjusted, or new ones may be allocated without prior warning.
• Adheres to all KeyBank policies and procedures by behaving professionally at all times, engaging in ethical business practices, avoiding conflicts of interest, and always acting in the best interests of Key and its clients.

Education Qualifications:

• Required credentials encompass a high school diploma, GED, or similar business acumen
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12-month experience in developing current and future customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and establishing referral networks is a key criterion. • Having a working knowledge of PCs, particularly in operating systems such as MS Windows and Office tools like Word and Excel, is required

• Is well-versed in the client's accounts and banking business and utilizes good judgment when interacting with customers and handling transactions
