Job Description:
U.S. Bank Financial Services Advisor helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
The Financial Services Advisor is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and deepening client relationships. This role leverages knowledge of investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client needs. The PWA is expected to drive growth by building relationships both internally and externally, with support from a team of specialists. Additionally, the PWA serves as a U.S. Bank representative in the community and acts as a conduit for PWM’s strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, obtain, and enrich relationships with affluent and ultra-affluent clientele.
Provide detailed guidance on wealth and estate planning, covering a wide array of topics such as investment strategies, banking solutions, credit opportunities, insurance products, and fiduciary services.
A thorough understanding of the client's circumstances and needs is essential for crafting personalized solutions.
Join forces with internal experts to meet client needs across a spectrum of expertise.
Engage in community outreach on behalf of Private Wealth Management, connecting clients with valued partners.
Spearhead the escalation of revenue and facilitate the establishment of new client connections in PWM.
Prioritize and handle client relationships through a comprehensive approach.
Basic Qualifications:
Meeting the criteria for either a bachelor's degree or substantial work history.
Seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in the realm of high-net-worth client management.
Necessary Expertise & Experience:
Well-versed in relationship management and skilled in networking, with a proven track record in business development strategies.
Finding success in unique customer groups or vertical markets by leveraging strategic partnerships.
Creating customized strategies by profiling clients and aligning them with their distinct needs.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Demonstrates the skill to convey complex concepts concisely and simply.
Being deeply passionate about troubleshooting and providing strategic advice to clients.
Making independent decisions and assuming ownership of business outcomes is a key attribute for effective leadership.
The priority is for individuals with professional titles such as CFA or CFP.
