• Efficiently processing customer transactions, which includes tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box operations
• Executes cash transactions accurately by verifying checks, authenticating currency, balancing cash drawer, and completing nightly deposits with attention to detail
• Manages customer inquiries and issues by following standard protocols and escalating to supervisors or managers when necessary
• Manages lobby operations by orchestrating customer movement, welcoming customers warmly, and providing suitable assistance
• Recognizes customer preferences for banking interactions in terms of timing and methods, providing education on self-service and digital solutions customized to their preferences
• Initiates needs-based dialogues to support customers, present financial and digital remedies, and refer them to suitable partners for solutions
• Capable of making prudent decisions and delivering prompt resolutions, escalating tougher issues to the management for support
• Adheres to company policies and regulatory standards, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, when completing operational tasks to minimize risks and ensure customer safety
• Confirms the authenticity of customers by abiding by customer authentication policies and procedures
• Manages the cash reconciliation process for cash drawers, ATMs, and TCDs/TCRs effectively
• Fulfills the requirements and guidelines related to safe deposit box procedures and operations
• Responsible for overseeing cash drawers and vaults, the individual must maintain appropriate cash limits and ensure cash is securely protected

Qualifications:

• Whether one earns a high school diploma or a GED, both credentials hold value in demonstrating educational attainment
• Although a minimum of six months of work-related experience is desired, applicants can show an equivalent level of proficiency through volunteering, education, or military background
• Capacity to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the schedule
• Demonstrated customer service competencies are highly valued
• Strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in thriving amidst rapid changes and a high-pressure environment
• Proficient in clear, consistent, and concise communication
