What You’ll Do:

• Process a variety of financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate a teller drawer to assist both clients and staff, either in the branch lobby or at the drive-thru
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and direct clients to the appropriate specialists
• Develop skills to detect potential fraud and report concerns to management promptly
• Comply with all departmental, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Maintain and exemplify the Wintrust culture in every customer interaction
• Assist with bank opening and closing procedures as needed
• Participate in community engagement events to support the branch’s outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months of experience in cash handling or customer service
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexibility to travel between branches as needed
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capacity to stand for extended periods
