What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the branch and direct them to the colleague best suited to meet their needs.
• Provide continuous customer support with efficient, effective, and courteous service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers in selecting Rockland Trust banking products that align with their individual financial needs.
• Ensure customers feel supported by accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, check verifications, and other financial transactions.
• Participate in decision-making alongside your immediate supervisor, with increased responsibility as experience and knowledge grow.
• Work closely with the training team and branch colleagues to learn responsibilities and successfully complete Rockland Trust Teller Training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and technology to support business objectives.
• Salesand service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment, including long periods of standing and continuous customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on customer needs.
• Ability to successfully complete the training program.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• One to two years of teller experience or customer service and cash handling experience.
