Establishing and nurturing solid partnerships with segment and line of business colleagues is crucial through cooperation and effective communication.
The specific activities and responsibilities that are assigned to you:
Maintain a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals, retention targets, and Superior Service Quality (SSQ) benchmarks.
Formulate, execute, and supervise a comprehensive strategy for the business and play a role in defining collective objectives for sales and service among the team.
Foster long-term client partnerships, actively promote supplementary products, and address client concerns promptly. Drive the segmentation strategy within the customer base by integrating sales techniques, customer preservation practices, and diverse bank campaigns to bolster the expansion and revenue targets of the Banking Center.
Recognize, develop, and bolster important customer group relationships by concentrating on sales strategies and promoting recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on all Webster asset, liability, and partner solutions, along with the various channels through which they can be utilized.
Guide, cultivate, and ensure team responsibility through the display of leadership qualities and serving as a role model.
Proficiently employ and exemplify the utilization of various sales tools and resources.
Timely completion of audits is essential to meeting or surpassing branch operations review requirements.
Make certain that all actions align with both Federal and State legislation as well as internal banking protocols.
Coordinate the schedules of branch employees to ensure adequate coverage for customer service demands and offer flexibility for staffing at the banking center.
Foster employee engagement through the provision of career advancement opportunities and acknowledging and incentivizing staff members for their achievements.
Implement a strategic approach to onboarding new colleagues, encompassing the education and training on policies, procedures, and the operational responsibilities within the banking center.
Skills and Abilities:
Profound familiarity with the range of retail banking offerings.
Demonstrating excellent customer service expertise, along with the capacity for fostering relationships, organizational prowess, computer literacy, comfort with modern technology, and strong communication aptitude are vital competencies.
Education Qualifications:
A prerequisite for this position is either a high school diploma or a General Education Degree (GED)
Having a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) is the preferred qualification
Experience Qualifications:
