Job Description:

As a Banking Associate at PNC, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with financial transactions, and supporting day-to-day branch operations. Your role will focus on creating positive customer experiences while identifying opportunities to recommend PNC products and services that align with customer needs.

• Recognize sales opportunities and connect customers with the appropriate team members to build stronger relationships.
• Assist customers with digital banking tools, self-service options, and technology resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately while following PNC policies and procedures.
