Job Summary:

This role involves deepening client relationships, uncovering business development opportunities, and providing high-level service and financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner to Senior Financial Consultants, supporting client relationships and business development.
Assist in financial planning, investment strategies, and portfolio management for clients.
Utilize internal CRM tools to update and compile client information.
Uncover and meet client needs while effectively managing expectations.
Coordinate and manage local events as needed.
Build and maintain cross-enterprise relationships.
Potentially obtain Notary certification to assist clients with document verification.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Series 7 license (or ability to obtain under employment conditions).
Active Series 66 (or Series 63/65) license (or ability to obtain under employment conditions).
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in financial planning and investment strategies preferred.
