Regional Manager Overview:

• The Market Manager oversees the management of a compact branch or satellite location, handling tasks such as sales, service, operations, lending, deposit acquisition, client support, regulatory adherence, and safety precautions.
• Foster business growth and increase deposit accumulation by engaging in calls focused on developing new business opportunities.
• Attain personal and branch objectives by increasing sales, generating referrals, and maintaining current account connections.
• Upholding the Banks Customer Care Commitment involves ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to customers.

Qualifications needed for the Regional Manager position:

• Experience working in a financial organization, particularly a bank, within the last three to five years is preferred.
• Previous work involvement in overseeing branches, administering consumer lending services, and driving sales performance.
• Exceptional abilities in customer interaction to promote and upsell various banking deposit and loan offerings.
• Demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with clients, colleagues, and other individuals is essential.
• Possessing a keen eye for specifics along with strong abilities in organization.
• Being focused on objectives and flexible towards adjustments is essential.

The Regional Manager is responsible for carrying out specific duties related to their role:

Sales & Service:

• Establish and oversee a telephone outreach initiative aimed at acquiring fresh business clientele, as well as nurturing and expanding current customer connections
• Stick to a timetable that allows for adequate time management between tasks done within the office and those related to expanding the business externally to meet set objectives
• Identify potential prospects and offer them suitable merchandise and solutions that cater to their requirements
• Provide guidance and support to team members in enhancing their sales and customer service competencies
• Oversees the sales team to drive achievement of the Bank's sales and referral objectives

Operations & Control:

• Supervise the overall functioning of the branch to guarantee continuous adherence to corporate guidelines, protocols, safety measures, and relevant governmental rules
• Responsible for guaranteeing that branch audits and security standards are fulfilled

Community Involvement:

• Serve as the bank's representative at multiple community gatherings
• Strengthen the Bank's visibility in the market by actively participating in professional associations, local community groups, and business organizations
• Promote and motivate employees to engage in local events and initiatives

Management:

• Offer guidance, oversight, training, and support to employees in a leadership role
• Support in the implementation of a range of Human Resource initiatives such as performance appraisals, recruitment processes, disciplinary paperwork, and more
