The duties of a Customer Banking Consultant include assessing clients' financial situations, recommending appropriate products, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

A Customer Banking Consultant provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aid the team in attaining growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by facilitating introductions between clients and team members for successful sales endeavors.
• Offer exceptional assistance to customers by addressing account questions, resolving problems, and managing complaints in a timely and effective manner. Create a positive client experience through informative engagement and educational support. Strive to achieve and exceed behavioral activity targets as defined by Retail Leadership, including soliciting referrals and promoting customer education.
• Handle daily financial transactions with timeliness and accuracy to prevent controllable losses. Familiarize yourself with and uphold all applicable bank policies and regulations for proper processing.
• Performs special assignments and supplementary responsibilities as needed. Shows a persistent dedication to complying with the regulations and standards connected to the job, as specified, and finishes compulsory compliance training. Accountable for ensuring conformity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or its alternative (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an acceptable foreign equal is required.
• Requisite 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Preferential consideration is given to candidates with a background in financial services.
