Being a Personal Banker Associate, you will have a vital part in:

• Assisting individuals with their regular financial needs.
• Helping customers find the right product that matches their individual needs.
• Enabling customers to be connected with specialized professionals in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial sectors for personalized financial solutions.
• Launching innovative tech products from the bank aimed at fulfilling the expanding needs of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Illustrating adept customer service capabilities by assisting customers with financial operations including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan or credit card settlements, wire transfers, and foreign currency conversions.
• Logging significant cash influxes through Currency Transaction Reports.
• Uncovering dishonest behavior to prevent potential harm to the financial integrity of the institution.
• Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking criteria.
• Managing and enhancing relationships with current customers, as well as fostering new customer relationships.
• Offering suitable bank products including savings plans, investment portfolios, and home financing options that cater to the specifics of each customer.
• Having a strong command of using digital resources and technologies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' digital banking interactions.
• Demonstrating confidence in educating clients on completing banking transactions online, through mobile apps, and self-service interfaces.
• Illustrating the ability to swiftly grasp and acclimate to new technology platforms and procedures.
• Fulfilling miscellaneous tasks as allocated.

Qualifications include:

• While a high school diploma or a GED is a prerequisite, applicants with a bachelor's degree are in a more advantageous position.
• One year of practical exposure to both customer service roles and cash handling responsibilities.
• A background of one year in a bank, particularly in roles such as teller or new accounts, is preferred.
• Quick and accurate learning of products, services, and procedures.
• Skilled in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Great diligence in observing details and proficient time management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Readiness to be flexible with weekend availability for work purposes.
