Job Description: Wealth Advisor

As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while delivering an exceptional advisory experience. This role focuses on understanding client financial needs and providing tailored wealth, investment, and banking solutions to support both short- and long-term financial goals. Wealth Advisors actively engage clients through daily interactions, outbound outreach, business visits, networking activities, and special events. The role emphasizes strong communication, sales effectiveness, and the ability to serve as a trusted financial partner.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the full range of available wealth management and banking resources, including in-branch services, digital solutions, and strategic partner offerings.
• Achieve individual performance objectives through consistent face-to-face engagement and outbound calling using a needs-based advisory approach.
• Open and close customer accounts, assist with appropriate product selection, review account information, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Support consumer loan activities by identifying opportunities, maintaining knowledge of loan regulations and processes, and assisting with loan portfolio management.
• Identify client needs and refer them to specialized teams supporting small businesses, corporate clients, institutional partners, mortgage professionals, and financial advisors.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and delivery of exceptional service.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and documentation comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
• Manage customer requests and transactions professionally while engaging in meaningful conversations to assess needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to motivate, communicate, and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Team-oriented approach to supporting clients in a fast-paced and evolving financial environment.
• Ability to manage and coach branch staff in alignment with established procedures when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to utilize digital and social media platforms to enhance client engagement and market awareness.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer-focused experience with an emphasis on achieving performance goals.
• Ability to meet licensing and registration requirements associated with the role, including NMLS registration.

Other Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training sessions, or operational support activities.
• Ability to provide guidance and assistance to partner teams and financial organizations within the market.
