Wealth Consultants are located within bank branches, working collectively across several branches while managing an assigned clientele. They execute personalized financial advice and planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives, including saving, investing, and retirement planning. Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to customers on investment and insurance strategies, developing customized financial designs.
• Manages and nurtures a collection of investment and insurance accounts.
• Enhances customer satisfaction by efficiently overseeing sales operations and service interactions, spotting opportunities for growth, and making appropriate referrals to internal team members.
• Grows and retains client ties through the implementation of business development and networking approaches.
• Enhances customer loyalty and wallet share by offering an exceptional client experience.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to handle client issues effectively and in a timely and proper manner.
• Establishes and executes investment and insurance strategies, selecting appropriate products aimed at supporting client goals.
• Offers sound financial advice and recommendations that are customized to suit the unique needs and objectives of clients.
• Keeps an eye on financial schemes and recommends revisions when deemed necessary.
• Provides guidance and instruction to branch employees and internal business partners on identifying investment opportunities.
• Increases investment literacy and visibility within branch personnel.
• Partners with branch managers and investment sales associates to facilitate branch efforts in attaining investment results.
• Fosters effective communication with both internal and external partners to facilitate referral activities.
• Frequently reviews business performance and pipeline oversight together with branch managers and partners.
• Achieves the expected response times for both lead and referral follow-up activities.
• Abides by the appropriate laws, rules, and policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Generally necessitates the completion of an undergraduate degree.
• A track record of two-plus years of relevant professional practice.
• Rather than solely focusing on a degree, a combination of education, industry-specific certifications, and applicable experience (such as military service) may be weighed in decision-making.
• Possess expertise in client acquisition, relationship cultivation, credit assessment, financial scrutiny, financial modeling, public speaking engagements, and sales operations.
• Proficiency in coaching methodologies, communication techniques, and customer service management.
