What You’ll Do:

As a Banking Services Specialist, your central responsibility is to establish and maintain significant relationships with clients, utilizing your financial expertise to suggest appropriate solutions that cater to their needs. Your vital role in this dual capacity serves to bolster the branch's success by:

• Developing long-term relationships with customers by grasping their financial needs and proposing relevant products and services
• Partnering with internal departments like Mortgage and Wealth Management to offer customers access to specialized knowledge
• Handling a teller station to cater to the needs of customers in person and in their vehicles at the drive-thru
• Core duties consist of creating new accounts, handling account modifications, and guiding customers on using digital banking services
• Spotting potential fraud and additional risks associated with operations and finances
• Helping with bank opening and closing tasks as required during prescribed work hours
• Backing community outreach and events sponsored by banks to foster connections

Qualifications:

• Completion of a bachelor’s program in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
• A GED or high school diploma is a compulsory requirement for this position
• Intermediate computer skills
• Adept at managing objects weighing 50 pounds or less
