Job Summary:

One of the primary objectives of a Banker is to foster strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and efficient service delivery. This role emphasizes the importance of building trust and rapport with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer assistance.
• Oversee the completion of day-to-day transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and disbursements.
• Inspect and uphold customer account statuses.
• Recognize customer needs effectively and recommend relevant banking options.
• Support the integration of digital banking solutions and self-managed service channels.
• Ensure that all actions are in accordance with banking policies and regulations.
• Ensure that records are kept up-to-date and reconcile financial transactions.
• Assist customers in resolving their concerns by delivering practical solutions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Track record in cash management, sales performance, or customer relationship management.
• Applicants who have previously worked in banking are preferred.
• Acquiring basic computer and communication skills is pivotal for effectively engaging with modern technology.
