Job Description:

As a Floating Senior Financial Analyst (FSFA), you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience. FSFAs provide expert financial solutions to current and prospective clients by assessing their financial needs and offering solutions through bank products and services to help clients accomplish their current and future financial goals. FSFAs are experts in marketing Simmons solutions through daily interactions, outbound calls, client visits, networking events, and periodic 'At Work' events. They are expected to meet or exceed individual and branch goals and may assist with account service, transactions, problem resolution, and other banking activities. All positions receive training on required products, services, needs-based conversations, and tools necessary for the role.

Primary Job Functions and Obligations:

• Inform and advise clients on the full range of the bank's resources, including in-branch services, digital tools, and collaborative business partnerships.
• Ensure personal goals are met by conducting the appropriate volume of in-person and outbound calls to share solutions and recommendations based on client needs through a requirements-focused philosophy.
• Manage all tasks related to account opening and closure, assisting clients in selecting appropriate accounts, reviewing account details, and complying with BSA and CIP regulations.
• Support consumer loan processing: solicit loan applications, maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures, and assist in managing consumer loan portfolios across branch locations.
• Identify client needs and refer them to a team that specializes in partnerships with small businesses, corporate clients, institutions, mortgage advisors, and financial professionals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
• Ensure all departmental documents and processes are performed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including mandatory completion of compliance training.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally, engaging in meaningful conversations to identify needs and provide suitable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to motivate and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Adopt a team-centered approach to effectively address client needs in a fast-paced and evolving banking environment.
• Lead and guide branch staff in accordance with established protocols and procedures in the absence of the AFCM.

Education And/Or Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 12 months of customer-facing experience with a focus on meeting specific targets
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Utilize social media platforms to expand brand awareness and gain valuable market insights

Other Qualifications:

• Occasional travel required for meetings, training sessions, and assisting with bank conversions and acquisitions, with minimal overnight or out-of-town commitments.
• Ability to provide support and guidance to other financial institutions in the market.
