Acting as the intermediary between customers and the branch, the Customer Service Banker manages transaction processing and fulfills customer service requirements. They play a crucial role in informing customers about the banks offerings, tools, and resources, while also assisting the branch team in achieving sales targets by pinpointing and passing on sales prospects to the appropriate bank colleague.

Qualifications:

• Earning a high school diploma or a GED credential is a crucial milestone for individuals seeking academic qualifications
• Experience in customer service and handling cash for 6 months
• History of working in sales or previous involvement in the banking industry
• Financial acumen; comprehension of the range of banking products available to customers
