About the Role

The Team Client Services Associate is a developing professional role within Citi Private Bank. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients, guided by senior Banker teams.
• Apply sound ethical judgment and adhere to internal policies and compliance regulations.
• Evaluate and manage risk with a focus on safeguarding Citi’s clients, assets, and reputation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to support decision-making and service improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work in financial services, client operations, or compliance.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Client-facing experience and professional presence

Licenses (U.S.):

Series 7 and 63 or Series 7 and 66 (required)

Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
