Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cultivates fresh and broadens existing channels for referrals both from within the organization and outside to enhance the mortgage enterprise's expansion
• Provides guidance to customers on mortgage loan choices and diverse financial offerings through consultative sales approaches.
• Delivers top-tier customer support from initial approval to the completion of the transaction, collaborating closely with loan originators to confirm and validate all necessary details for the underwriting process.
• Accountable for managing customer connections.
• Provides guidance to clients regarding the proper filling out of loan applications.
• Carries out additional tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or a GED credential are both recognized as important educational achievements for individuals completing their secondary education
• One or more years of experience in originating mortgage loans, preferably within a banking setting
• NMLS license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pipeline and book of business indicate the current and potential future deals or clients within a company's sales or client portfolio
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Understanding different types of mortgage loan options such as conventional, FHA/VA, construction financing, and portfolio programs
• Understanding mortgage processes, paperwork, and loan approval criteria are essential skills
• Proven skill in recognizing chances to promote additional financial products and services to customers
• Proficiency in conveying messages through both written and spoken mediums is crucial
• Proficient in efficient organization and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computers and online abilities
