Primary Job Duties:

Assist patrons in completing everyday banking tasks such as depositing, withdrawing, and transferring money
Beginning and preserving personal and company financial accounts
Provide guidance on understanding and selecting from banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings options
Identify customer needs and advise on the right financial solutions
Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
Follow internal policies rigorously and comply with all governmental regulations
Respond to customer concerns quickly and in a professional manner
Assist in meeting the branch's objectives regarding sales and service achievements
Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation
