Key Accountabilities for Personal Banking Manager:

• Encourage, empower, and assist your branch team in consistently achieving success in sales, customer service, and daily branch activities.
• Manage all front-line operational procedures to stay in complete alignment with firm policy, procedural workflows, and banking regulations.
• Boost the expansion of localized businesses by attracting potential clients and bolstering relationships with current consumers through consultative support.
• Coordinate with a variety of internal specialists to deliver customized financial services that address clients' specific needs.
• Attract, hire, mentor, and retain an exceptional team that operates congruently with organizational values and service benchmarks.
• Lay down clear branch benchmarks and implement detailed strategies to meet or surpass operational targets of the team.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Obtaining an associate degree or a corresponding integration of structured education and practical proficiency.
• At least two years of demonstrated experience in leading sales initiatives or supervising a team.
• Two years of firsthand experience operating in a sales structure that emphasizes achieving objectives.
• Candidates are expected to have a minimum of five years of experience in banking or financial services roles.

Preferred:

• Prospective candidates must have completed a bachelor's program in finance, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead effectively in a financial center or retail bank branch.
