As a Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting daily branch operations while delivering accurate, efficient, and courteous service to customers. This role focuses on processing routine transactions, assisting customers with basic banking needs, maintaining records, and supporting relationship-focused activities within a fast-paced banking environment. Clerks are expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to adapt to evolving operational demands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Support account-related activities by accurately processing documentation and maintaining customer records.
• Provide information on basic banking products and services, including digital banking tools and branch resources.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while handling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous interactions and responsive service.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking or advisory staff when necessary.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and documentation comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
• Support branch operations through administrative assistance and coordination with team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to meet job-related compliance and procedural requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to utilize basic digital systems and tools to support daily operations.

Other Qualifications:

• Willingness to participate in training sessions and operational support activities as needed.
• Ability to provide assistance and support to other team members and departments within the branch.
