  • Guide the completion of audit fieldwork, ensuring it is finished on schedule, within budget, and in conformity with internal quality standards.
  • Setting and communicating clearly defined expectations for quality, accuracy, and consistency in documentation within all audit responsibilities.
  • Process documentation analysis is crucial in determining the operational effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
  • Formulate detailed audit reports that adhere to the organization's risk appetite framework and present conclusions to senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting with insights on business operational practices, regulatory compliances, and unique audit subjects.
  • Utilize advanced risk management insights to assess the significance of audit findings, potential risks, materiality considerations, and broader organizational implications.
  • Offer leadership, coaching, and training to junior auditors, including giving feedback on their performance and establishing clear expectations.
  • Create and uphold enduring working relations with designated business segments and help in appraising affiliated risk profiles to ensure proper audit encompassment.
  • Participate in vital business initiatives, endeavors, and assemblies to stay current on emerging risks, business modifications, and regulatory advancements.
  • Skillfully oversee multiple tasks and audit projects with a strong emphasis on maintaining accuracy, setting priorities, and applying professional judgment.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Attainment of a Bachelor's degree in the field of Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of education paired with hands-on experience.
  • Candidates are expected to demonstrate a background of 8-10 years in internal or external audit, preferably with experience in leading projects or holding management positions.
  • Advanced grasp of audit principles, internal control systems, and frameworks for risk oversight.
  • Proficient in the operations of the banking and financial services sector.
  • Extensive familiarity with technology, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and IT service management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and primary control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST, SOX, PCI DSS) is crucial.
  • Illustrated leadership experience by exhibiting robust decision-making prowess.
  • Remarkable proficiency in examining problems, connecting with people, facilitating conversations, and solving complex issues.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex concepts coherently in both written and verbal formats.
  • Established capability in identifying the root of issues and communicating inherent risks proficiently.
  • Ability to effectively operate Microsoft Office applications and traditional auditing tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
