Job Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience while processing financial transactions, supporting existing and prospective customers, and contributing to branch sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by prioritizing customer needs and exceeding expectations
• Handle basic customer transactions and financial operations accurately
• Review and reconcile daily cash balances to maintain financial stability
• Identify referral opportunities that support branch goal achievement
• Comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including strict adherence to Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Identify risks and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and business lines
• Adapt to evolving digital banking channels and technologies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the assigned branch supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Prior customer service experience required

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong customer service abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound business judgment and decision making ability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Compensation and Workplace:
